Interpret and analyze concepts to develop skills/newer concepts. Relate objective systematically and sequentially to relate to whole use.

Reflect

Practice (apply) “givens” and concept. Add one’s self being coached through the applications by being useful and add something; tinker and react. Extensively use exercises given  and ask questions.

Do it

Be useful and share the exercises and do it by getting joy from doing it correctly. Evaluate and question the usefulness and relevance of your practice.
