Consistency is key to establishing a routine.

It is so very important for the student and teacher to attend on a regular basis.  I understand that things come up and there may be a time when you need to cancel/reschedule a lesson.

 I will do my best to accommodate you but please understand my schedule is very tight and makeup lessons are not a guarantee if missing two or more. I like to get makeup lessons in the month you missed a lesson. I cannot do a makeup lesson for a makeup lesson.

If I need to miss for one reason or another (very rare if at all), I will arrange a makeup that is convenient for you or a professional substitute music teacher will be appointed in my absence. If it looks like you will be up to ten minutes late, please call or text to schedule a makeup session.

I’d rather you get your full lesson! You can learn a lot in ten minutes and you’re paying for that and we can find time together for makeup for those odd moments which just may occur.
